ESR Static Electronic Voltage Stabilisers work automatically to regulate and protect the load from the vagaries of the utility mains supply, even for the most challenging of larger power environments or site loads.

Similar in design to our smaller rated ESR T1F Stabilisers, as feature-rich solutions, they offer as standard surge suppression, input and output isolation together with a manual and automatic bypass facility. Compact in size and quiet in operation, they deliver an ultra-fast speed of response making them ideal for highly sensitive loads.

All digital microprocessor control and operation ensures ESR Stabilisers provide the highest level of performance. The standard LCD display provides information on the operational status and loading on the stabilizer and enables the configuration of a number system parameters for more demanding applications where customization is required.

The Stabilisers can be supplied configured for either a Three Phase 4 Wire (With a Neutral) or 3 Wire (Without a Neutral) input supply.

ESR-3P-T2F & T3F models are available in 17 different power ratings from 450 to 3125 kVA, being able to accommodate situations where the incoming nominal utility supply is either 380 to 415V (H/HD Series), 190 to 240V (LY/LD Series), or 440 to 600V (HX/HXD Series).

Where required, the Stabilisers can be provided as enhanced Power Conditioning solutions with the inclusion of an Isolation Transformer and in IP54 / NEMA 3 Style enclosures for outdoor or more challenging internal environments.

Inductive Loads: Where the load type is inductive in nature, such as motors (fans, pumps, etc.), solenoids, and relays, high inrush current and short-time overload factors must be fully considered. With motors (without a soft start facility) typically drawing on start-up current 5 to 7 times the stated rating of the motor, it is recommended that a Static Voltage Stabiliser is selected that is three times the stated rated capacity of the load and that the inrush current does not exceed the listed “Maximum Output Current Rating” of the stabiliser or stabiliser with the SR50 option – if fitted.

Note:

1: All ESR Stabilisers are designed to support the full load at minimum input volts and maximum ambient temperature.
2: Where the nominal utility supply is 3 Wire (Without Neutral) in nature, models are also available, on specific quotations, offering a 4 Wire (with Neutral) Output.
